After getting the first package (on many) with a problem with some of the tabs on the diapers, the customer service called me, asked me what the problem was and immediately provided me with an extra free order (both of which are fine and no problem with tabs on the side) and the product arrived quickly, in good shape and I would definitely use them again with such a wonderful response.

The numerous types of the one product I prefer makes the selection somewhat difficult, but I am very glad for that variety. It might help if a visual model of the product was available for comparison. And the product ID number had changed from the last time I ordered so I didn't know if I was actually getting the same until it arrived. And I'm also grateful for the free shipping. Thanks a lot!

Their website is easy to navigate, they have frequent discounts and freebies, and ordering is easy. My orders are always accurately filled and received within five working days. They have just about everything needed for caring for an elderly, bedridden, incontinent parent. I am very happy with NorthShore and will continue to use them as long as my mother hangs in there!
