I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. The product matched the description and the photo. The only downside is the no return policy once it's been opened. Other than that I had a great experience.

good product section and easy to navigate. I received may shipment on time as promised. We ordered the Abri-Form premium briefs and they fit so well and are so comfortable that my Mom doesn't know that she's wearing a diaper. Great product. We also got a full length washable underpad. This is great for positioning her and protecting the bed. I would like to see some other shipping options that are more affordable. The basic ground is the only economical one, but it is not that fast.

I really like this site. It's affordable, has a wide selection of products and the descriptions of the products are very specific. I would give it 5 stars except the shipping I find is a little pricey. I really wish they would find a less expensive type of shipping.

Everything arrived on the date they said it would and the box wasn't damaged. I love the "free item" sent with the order to try out different things. I love NorthShore! Some of the best prices on the web.

No complaints at all about the company, or their product. They did ask for any special delivery instructions, and I requested the package be left hidden over my wood fence, which it was not. The box was left on the front step, ready to be stolen, and the box was damaged. Who's fault it is, I do not know. FedEx was the delivery service. As for the product, we bought it to protect our bed for fun times. And it looks durable, so that's a plus. Thanks.

I needed pads to protect my furniture for an incontinent pet. I gave very specific measurements about what I needed for my couch, bed and love seat. the woman who helped me was pleasant and explained people often use their products for their pets. But, the sheet protector is NOT good for beds. I needed something that would cover the entire bed, not just a small area. I ended up using it for the love seat and purchasing something additional from PetCo which was perfect (they sell a waterproof couch cover which is large enough for queen size beds).
