The company was amazing. Shipment was delivered in short time, follow up text messages. I ordered the blue bed protectors, I must have ordered the wrong ones because they were thinner than those I bought at CVS. There were several choices. I ordered a case of sixty which will last a while. One customer said they were like those used in the hospital. They do slip when you move and they are thin. So far they are okay, but nothing I would recommend unless it is a very thin patient.

What I like best about NorthShore Care Supply is that they deliver whatever I order very promptly, within a matter of 3-4 business days. Excellent deliver service. Also, their system to order online is "user" friendly--all buttons to click to mover and place your order and easily seen and available. When ordering other products online I have not always found this to be so--frequently, there are little, "hidden" buttons that can be easily overlooked. A message to NSCS--You have an excellent working system! DO NOT TRY TO FIX WHAT IS NOT BROKEN!!!! I know computer salespeople will try to sell the "new, improved version of your system". DO NOT DO IT!!!!

When I call to put in a order or to ask a question the help is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have. And now and than they put samples in for me to try. I had a hard time finding the right size for my parents and the ladies on the phone always helped me out. I also like the automatic reorder. My parents are very happy with the products we recieve,and that makes me happy!

Easy to find what I wanted and received in 3 days. I will definitely reorder.
