The reason why I only gave 4 stars & not 5 is because I wish the other side which lays on the sheet would be made out of rubber or some kind of no slip material because it does move/slide around when my 3 year old daughter moves around in her sleep. Other then that good soft pads.

Their customer service and product selection is excellent. Their speed in getting your order to you is awesome. The only negative I have encountered is that they don't have substantial free shipping and percentage off offers and coupons.

Product solves annoying problem of wipe disposal by being flushable! Other wipes have to be disposed of in the wastebasket and can be smelly. Hoorah for you!

Great place to order incontinence supplies as the ordering online is easy to follow with good descriptions of each. Can re-order the same supplies & amount with basically one click .North Shore also delivers in a very timely fashion - and in a brown plain box with no way to know where it's from. The contents are complete and correct too. I really like them as it's so simple, easy and fast.

I have trusted NorthShore Care for years, ordering supplies for my mother at least four or five times a year. The quality of the products is superb as is the extremely fast delivery of the product. I just hate the $$$ delivery charge...I think its really too much money- if there was a place that i could get the same product and have half the delivery cost, I would switch to them.....and just plan on a longer wait to get the product. I would easily trade this if the total bill would be smaller thanks to smaller handling/shipping costs
