NorthShore Care SupplyReviews of northshorecare.com

I was advised of this company from a friend who had nothing but positive things to say. I was in need of their product but unsure exactly what I was looking for. I requested a sample and it arrived quickly and discreetly. I soon after put a larger order in which arrived quickly and was exactly what I was looking for. During my ordering process I utilized the online chat feature to speak with a representative which made the experience very personal even when being conducted online. Anyone who needs these products would be wise to purchase them from such such a great company.

I found the product I was looking for urgently, and my order arrived next day as requested by next-day delivery. Thank you!

The customer care reps were really helpful and went above and beyond to help me exchange and select the better products for my daughter! Great prices too!

Tranquility Air Plus Bariatric Brief is the only product I have found to meet my husband's needs as he deals with an embarrassing problem for him. They meet the stated need as well as the comfort that this brief provides. It also provides something to larger persons that other products cannot - a sense of dignity in the face of a problem that does not have a solution for.

The product was exactly as advertised and the service couldn't have been better.

What more can I say? Great prices, wonderful selection and surprisingly fast shipping, considering the winter storm that seemed to have most companies at a stand-still. I'll continue to check North Shore's online catalogue in the future when I need speciality items for our invalid family member, and I will recommend them to others.

We were looking for a company to meet incontinence needs. Great selection and competitive pricing. Customer service on phone was a pleasant experience. A real person!

As a very recent prostatectomy patient with new found incontinence, I was extremely disappointed with the products available in the usual stores. I would've been changing my diaper every ten minutes and anchored to my home because of that. So using Google to search for something better I ended up at NorthShore Care Supply with products that actually do the job. I live in Northern Illinois but about fifty miles from their facility and needed help now. So I called and was able to pick up my order that day. I was treated with cheer, kindness and understanding. I could not have been happier. I have since placed other orders on line and the shipping was fast and packaged discreetly.
