I had heard that NorthShore had a product that was just as good if not better than a product I was using. I sent an e-mail requesting a sample of their product. I accidentally left out a couple pieces of information in my request. In stead of being ignored, I received an e-mail requesting the missing information. A few days later I received my sample of their product in the mail. I am pleasantly impressed with NothShore thus far!

I ordered the M4's and was pleased with there quick arrival, however I was disappointed with how the cloth-like covering easily got caught and snagged on whatever clothing I was wearing. I believe the traditional, plastic outer cover style M4's were much better, and I wish they'd carry them as well.

I need to order a supply of incontinence panties for my wife of a regular basis. The last time I did this I tried in vain to get this order on a recurring basis both on the web site and by calling the telephone number. So I ordered the supply for the next month again. It arrived within two days on regular delivery. This was outstanding. I wish I was more sophisticated to order the recurring supply. I think it was not my fault.
