Overall very satisfied.

My recent order arrived missing half the quantity of one of the items I ordered. A phone call to report the shortage was pleasantly handled, assuring me that it would be corrected. I received the shortage quantity in 2 working days. That is what I call service!

We switched to Northshore several years ago after having issues with our previous company (which they never resolved to our satisfaction). Northshore is consistent and very fast in their responses. Orders are acknowledged within a day or two and shipment notices quickly follow, even with orders placed over the weekend. The one order we had issues with thru Northshore (wrong product shipped) was resolved immediately and without any further incident. The only thing that I could call an issue (and this has nothing to do with service or quality) is this: we typically order our supplies by the case, and several cases at a time. As such we typically receive 2 or more large shipping boxes which are bulky and very heavy due to the contents. Not an issue for our family but I can see where some people in our sitation might find the boxes too unwieldly. Again nothing again sevice or quality, just an idea to consider.

North Shore Care sent us samples to ensure when we made our purchase, we were purchasing a product that we knew would be effective. Great customer service and lots of products to choose from.

Very dependible and provide a useful servvice

I have used these pads for my elderly mother, for only a couple washes, but they seem to be quality. Time will tell.

I purchased plastic briefs for my mom who is in a nursing home. Incontinence is a very real problem for the elderly and I appreciate products that make life for them a little more "normal". Thank you NorthShore for superior customer service and attention to details.
