I looked everywhere for a mattress cover for a full-size mattress to put in storage. I finally found one through this company, and it was exactly as I hoped it would be. It was sick, had a strong zipper, and fit my mattress perfectly. It also shipped quickly, and I had no problem with any customer service issue.

I received the correct item in the wrong size. Lisa was wonderful in making the correction seamless with sensitivity and speed. Thank you.

This is my first order with NorthShore, but it certainly won't be my last! Easy to order, shipment arrived early and was exactly what I expected. Prices are great, too.

Of course, the first week Dad moved in with my brother, the weather went crazy. My 2nd order got there even faster than the first, I so happy with your amazing service.
