I enjoyed dealing with Northshore from the online form to the package arriving! Love the samples... the new diapers are great! love the tapes! will be ordering some soon! Just wish you had some sort of credit process!

...it would be nice if promotional offers were more frequently available. That is, more frequent discounts, free shipping. etc., would be appreciated considering the product loyalty that has been demonstrated during the past three or four years.

So the Northshore supreme... there plastic backed. Thumbs up for that. There soft and can hold alot. Very cool on the way they package the diapers in a clear plastic bag. The tapes can and have failed on me a few times where I needed to change into a new one... need to make the tapes better... and I wish they could make the diaper length extend about a 0.5 of an inch more. Also 0.5 of an inch wider on the back wing side. I'd use them again... but would choose abena over northshore care brand.

I used to be uncomfortable in other products but in Northshore products I feel confident there will be no accidents.

I love the fact that they ship promptly and can tell you exactly when the shipment will arrive.

When I place my order your representative was perfect but HealthoMeter dropped the ball by delivering the chair on Tues instead of Mon or Wed as per agreement. Luckily someone was there to sign for it anyway.

I had to find a senior bariatric diaper for my husband and locally they just weren't there. Finally after a lot of internet searching i found these Really Big diapers.......... I know, I know slim is in.... but you know what, we just ain't slim any more..... So i ordered them, with tongue in cheek and hoped for the best. Guess what?!! I got it! Yep, they were big and fit perfectly (well as perfectly as a diaper can fit) but they went around his waist/hips and did what they were supposed to do...... Thank you North shore.... only complaint...... have to send away for them. Really wish there was a store locally that i could go to when i run out.............. that's why the 4 stars and not 5 thanks again

My husband uses a wheelchair but spends the greatest part of the day in his reclining chair, which is a necessity for him. It was starting to get somewhat dirty....and you're not supposed to clean the fabric....so I ordered this cover. It's comfortable, soft, covers the areas that get the most soiled, and stays pretty well in place when the recliner is moved up and then down. We're very glad we bought this.
