It was easy to order what i needed, and the reps on the phone maid it very easy to set up automatic deliveries. This way i can rest easy knowing that my orders will be there when i need them.

I needed help deciding on the appropriate products for my father and found the phone assistance to be beyond helpful and quite understanding. I will continue to order from them.

I have a heavy flow and with no control I have found adding two products together gives me complete control day and night. I purchase the 2XLdiaper with tabs and cut off the tabs, then layer in a booster pad w/adhesive to the 2XL diaper. I then put this product into a regular pull on diaper. This gives me tremendous coverage for nighttime and never wets the outer pull on diaper. During the day, if I am going out I wear a pull on diaper with a tranquility liner coupled with a booster pad. This gives me great coverage and when in a rest room I only have to change a liner not the whole diaper. I have never had a problem with NorthShore. Your products a excellent and so is your service. It would be nice to receive the product the next day, but I understand why it takes four days.
