the product arrived very fast and the product was as advertised

I liked the email updates with the package tracking information. The products for free samples arrived quickly, however I did not find the box until almost 4 days after FedEx tracking said it was delivered. This is because the FedEx delivery notification said delivered at 'back door'. I walked around the house, in very deep snow I might add, and never saw a box. I even called my neighbors to see if they had a box delivered at their back door. Nope. Then, my husband was cleaning out the garage (taking trash to the curb) and found an un-opened box addressed to myself amongst other opened boxes (for recycling). I gave NorthShore Care Supply 5 stars mostly based on customer service and friendliness. I even appreciated receiving email alerts to where that package was in the shipping process. However, the actual delivery itself was the only bump in the road. I would say that this 'bump' is not enough to make me not want to use NorthShore Care Company again.....FedEx perhaps, but not NorthShore.

Also they sent me a sample, free of charge, to try. Thank you North Shore for your thoughtfulness.

I said it all in my one sentence. For such an annoying condition these products are an amazing help especially the all night ones. I get more sleep now. Price is a little high for Social Security recipients. Good people on the phones.
