New to ordering incontinence supplies to ease my work load as a caregiver to my Uncle, so I'm still trying out things to see what works best. Mostly items like bed pads, pull-ups, skin creams, air freshners, etc. So far so good. Supplies are costly, but makes life easier, with less laundry. I will decide at some point which items work best and order in bulk. Not sure how NorthShore rates against other suppliers yet, but things are good so far. They respond promptly to questions sent by email. Thanks NorthShore!

I have purchased Molicare products for a handicapped adult daughter for about seven years. All purchases have been phone orders. The customer service people have been polite, friendly and most helpful. The product is shipped immediately and often arrives the next day. We used to live in the Chicago suburbs and have moved to central Illinois. Service continues to be outstanding. If product is ordered before store closing hours, it arrives the next day.

I am pleased and it is usually shipped right away however I wish they didn't use FedEx because for some reason our FedEx driver doesn't like to come to my house so I have to pick up my package from random places. But other than that problem I have had excellent service!
