I can't say how happy we were to receive a 2nd mattress cover. The 1st one was a defect and they supplied us with a 2nd. Many thanks for the great customer service.

I contacted NS online on a Friday night to request samples of 3 different brands of pull up diapers for my 9 year old special needs son. I received the samples Tuesday only 4 days later! We are trying the different kinds now and if they work, we will be purchasing from NS on a regular basis.
