I would recommend Northshore Care to anyone who likes fast, friendly service, and a wide variety of products. Recently I ordered a new product, and was not satisfied with it. I e-mailed Northshore and they immediately got back to me, offering to send a better product for free. It arrived the very next day and I was very satisfied with the product they recommended!

When I called NorthShore I had some questions about what to order for my mother. They were knowledgable and very willing to help me with my questions. They mailed me samples of their products free of charge so I could determine what would be best for my mother before placing a large order. I also received feedback almost immediately via e-mail about my order...what they were sending me and tracking information. The lady that helped me had a smile in her voice...so refreshing. Thank you!
