I'm saving a lot of money by ordering in bulk all the supplies we need for our mom's health needs. The prices beat the local merchants and our boxes of supplies usually come very quickly.

We use washable bed liners for whelping puppies. Serendippity`s were actually arriving when the pads arrived from NorthShore. Perfect timing. Now I wait to see how they hold up to 3 and 4 washes a day.

I purchased the Gary cover up. I was optimistic that this would be the answer to the never ending washing of bedding. Unfortunately they were not. $30 for a product that does not contain anything. So glad I only purchased one to try out first. However, when contacting NorthShore they were helpful and kind and I will most likely visit their site again. I have to say many of the parents in my parent group have the same issue with their child soiling through diapers, pads, etc. so unfortunately for the makers of this product I will be sharing my experience. When you have a special needs child we spend lots of $ for their needs so $30 for plastic pants is pricey for many of us but would have been well worth it if they worked. So for this mama the search continues.

While the telephone person was very willing to research your products, it's hard to describe the needs I have. The products themselves were not ones that I can use, so that was disappointing, but I appreciate the effort made to find something that would work.

Wonderful packing and delivery was fast. Great product for those with heavy incontinence.
