On the day that I placed my order my mother passed. I called customer service and explained that I no longer needed the items I had ordered. The young woman I spoke to not only assured me that the items could be returned, but also offered her sincere condolences on the death of my mother. Thank you for hiring such thoughtful, caring people. It certainly made a difference for me that day.

When I place an order it is processed immediately which is very helpful since sometimes I am reminded to make an order at the last minute.
