The time lapse between placing the order and the order being shipped was unreal. Needless to say the order arrived earlier than expected. I thought What I ordered would solve my overnight problem, however it is not. I am going to order a different style and try again.

This company offers a wide variety of elderly and infirmed patient care. In my busy life, I sometimes forget to place my order until I am practically out of supplies. But, with Northshore Care Supply, I can order on Monday and it is delivered at my home by Wednesday, which is very important as my mother needs these items daily.

I buy my dog's wee-wee pads from Northshore Care Supply -- it's relatively inexpensive compared to pads made specifically for "pets". I stock up and buy 2 cases every quarter. While price is a consideration, service is much more so. I've never had to call customer service, and my order ships almost immediately. One of these days the Bumble will learn to pee while she's outside, but for now - this works out great.

Hay I needed medical supplies a week before surgery had them in two days ground ship no extra charge this is unheard of with any other on line or mail order company a week to ten days unless you pay overnight or second day premium
