My niece's visit with her handicapped daughter was imminent and I had to find youth diapers as soon as possible. After some research, I found NorthShore and placed an order online with instructions for the (expensive) 2-3 day delivery service. Within one hour of placing the order, a representative from the company called me and told me that they recommended another (much cheaper) option for shipping and that they would reimburse me for the difference right away. I obviously accepted and sure enough the shipment arrived two days later, saving me a lot of money. I can't remember the last time somebody called me and talked to me about options to save money and giving me clear details about the product. Thus, I highly recommend Northshore Care Supply to anyone in need of special care supplies. The representatives are so very helpful, kind and understanding! Thank you for caring!
