We ordered a chair cover which came in a torn plastic container. Fortunately, the item was ok. However, I spoke to customer service and requested samples of the FlexSupreme and GoSupreme underwear in large and extra large. They sent us medium which we know will not fit.

I found buying okay, but I found returning to be a horrible experience! I bought protective undergarments that did not work...just the adhesive strips one...however I was on my own to return it! I picked which carrier I wanted and paid the full cost of the return and that's it! Cold! Especially since they are marketing to people who are sickly! If I order...I don't believe I will, I will make darn sure i will be using the product!

the company does not have their website set up for tax exemptions. i had to pay the tax on my order and am now waiting for northshore care to refund it. not very time efficient for them or me.

The product arrived quickly that was wonderful. But the pads were crammed in a box that was too small.

I haven't received my order yet. Ordered on the 1st of February with the understanding the the item was on back order until the 9th. After checking today on the status of my order, I learn that it is possible that i won't see my order until March due to a second back order. I was originally to believe that my order will be shipped about the 9th or so.of this month. If not, that's ok too, but a nice email stating of the delay would have been nice.
