The fecal protectors are not as described nor are they useful for my condition. Thank you for the trial package of wipes. Very difficult to "pull" a single wipe from the package. Please arrange the wipes in the package to allow easy location of the next wipe "edge" to allow for easy removal.

I bought the XL based on the inch range that was given. I always get the Depends with that inch range but these are much larger, so I can't wear them.

The contents of the box weren't packaged well and were all smushed.

Pads were not big enough. A lot of the pas was plastic rather than the cotton lining. very disappointing.

They take way too long to process and ship orders.

The day after I placed an order, I received a message to contact them as the order was placed on hold. I spoke with two representatives and was assured that the order was in good order and would be delivered on time. Six days later, I received another message to contact them as the order was on hold! I spoke with a representative who would only give her first name(company policy she said). At first, she stated that she did not have a record of my previous contact with their representative. When I questioned this, she stated that there were some notes. The issue was the same as before! She did not have an explanation as to why there had been no action. After much discussion, she put me on hold to discuss with a supervisor. Afterwards, I was offered an overnight delivery and an apology for the delay. Unfortunately, the products were delivered in damaged condition! The lotion bottle was broken and spilled onto the other products! I will look for another company to do business with in the future.
