Still haven't received my Order?!?! Not happy?? !!!! Your the few Companies Left that continues to Charge for Shipping over $50??? I"l never understand that? Especially to your Auto ship return "loyal" customers???? NO other National Company does this?!?! And when I don't receive my order on the you promised You STILL want to Charge me the almost $10.00!! Shipping fee!!! Wow!!! Not Good! I"l be looking for another company to take and appreciate my Loyal Business...

I was not happy with the product (My error) but it would have cost me $45. To send it back by regular Mail, so I Kept it but Will never buy from A company that does not have A free return Policy.

I decided to try a different company and product for my supplies and wish I didn't. I paid almost $18 extra for 3 day shipping and it's now 8 days later and I still have not received my order. The customer service rep that emailed me said sorry for the delay and that's all. I wasted my money on the shipping and will not return to northshore again unless something is done to resolve this issue. As for the product I have read nothing but good things. If and when my order is received I hope I can give the product itself a much better review.
