I needed supplies I couldn't find in stores and found them on-line at NorthShore. The price was very acceptable and the product was shipped immediately for a low price and arrived within 3 days. I totally recommend this company and will be doing business with them again in the future.

NorthShore has been so helpful as my husband and I explore options to deal with his stroke induced bladder incontinence. Customer service is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. You can count on having the products you need delivered amazingly quickly. On one occasion there was a miscommunication about an order, and the representative sent an emergency supply overnight, with delivery on Saturday , at no additional expense! There aren't many companies that would care about a situation so much that they would spontaneously react so positively and quickly. NorthShore is a terrific resource.

I have never had an unpleasant experience when ordering items. I find the staff always helpful, and answer any questions that I may have in a timely manner.

I just placed an order for two mattress pads and the prices were the best I could find. The delivery came very fast and staff was exceptional when I reached them. I will be back again for another need and I highly recommend giving North Shore a chance!

Not only is this company a VERY fast shipper but the products are THE BEST coupled with the fact that they price match, I get all my daughter's special needs product here and if the price is found cheaper somewhere else, they do match it and even beat it at times. I usually get the products THE NEXT DAY. Which to me is FANTASTIC!! Most Reliable diapers HANDS down and the online chat reps are great and offered me sample products of what items I am interested in so that I can know if the product will work or if I like them. I HIGHLY recommend them ALL the time. You have a LOYAL customer. I just wished you accepted insurance billing as option but for now, I'm very happy. Thank you so much...:)

I was so happy how quickly the product that I ordered was shipped and how quickly it arrived at our home. This is an excellent company and I will continue ordering products for our daughter from them.
