ordering was very easy and delivery was fast

Delivery is prompt.

quick oder ever

It seemed as if I'd just ordered and here was the delivery! Box was easy to open and product is first rate. Thanks very much for the "reorder" setting; it saves lots of time!

I've been ordering from NorthShore for a number of years now and they've never let me down. Oh, there are several different products I've tried - some I liked and others that just didn't suit my particular needs. But each and every time I've ordered, the service has been excellent. And once I find the product that suits me best, I haven't had to worry about the quality. It's spot on every time. Plus, the items purchased arrived quickly which is a blessing because I have a tendency to not notice that I'm about out of something until it's almost too late! And the world doesn't know what I'm ordering because the items arrive in plain, unmarked boxes that don't scream "incontinent woman here!!!!". My privacy remains just that - private!

Representatives are knowledgeable about products and were able to recommend products based on my needs.

The greatest diapers anywhere and I have looked all over. A little pricey but worth it.

Great customer service, fast shipping and great products!
