I found the mattress cover easily and the ordering process was smooth. I received notification immediately that the product was ordered and when it was shipped and delivered. I especially appreciated the delivery email because I was not home at that time so could send someone to find it. The product fits as expected. The email message asking for a review needs a little bit of grammatical editing, however.

When my mother became incontinent ,I started off purchasing briefs from Walmart and drugstores.The expense was terrible!My sister told me about North Shore...Much less expensive because you can buy by the case AND they carry brands and absorbency levels you can only find in medical supply stores and we won't EVEN mention that expense!!Shipping is reasonable and lightening fast!!! Order on Wed.and delivered on Fri.I love this company!!

My concern the swimwear that is waterproof is very wet when it comes off - it's pool water. It works if the person can stand up strait but difficult to put on a person who is paralyzed on one side.

Much needed diapers for my special needs paralyzed grand baby girl, but too expensive. We get no help from the government. They say she doesn't qualify!!!! She has never talked nor walked nor sit nor stand. Maybe that is why she doesn't qualify?
