Ordered bed pads one day and they were there in 3 days. I liked the e-mails that were sent to let me know the progress through the delivery process.

First time buyers need to understand what they need including sizes - it this is not known they should start with customer support so they do not become overwhelmed with the depth of the products available. I found what I needed quickly, it was easy to order and costs were clear (including shipping). It was nice to be able to buy in bulk - something I have not been able to do with most retailers. All items were delivered, securely packed. The ease of not having to run every couple of days to buy my Mom's incontinent items is such a savings of time and money. Thank you!

As I've said before, I am blessed to have run across NorthShore. Their prices are reasonable, their service is excellent, but most of all, their operators are wonderful. They preserve my dignity. They can talk about my incontinence issues with perfect understanding, as though we were talking about some other product that does not pertain to any sensitive issues. No judgement, and no embarrassment or hesitation. I'm impressed. I can't thank them enough.
