I ordered an item online after discovering the website. When I ordered I did not realize that NorthShore Care Supply is located near Chicago where I live. I checked the box to pay the shipping cost I thought I needed to pay. A representative from the company actually called to say they could ship the item FedEx for no charge and that she was refunding the cost of shipping to my credit card. I've never experienced such a courtesy from a company I've ordered from online. I will definitely order from NorthShore in the future and recommend them to others.

My customer service query was handled immediately and even above my expectations. The fault in sizing was attributed to the manufacturer. However NorthShore Customer Service took care of the replacement and then some!
