Ugly - My daddy was terminally ill at home and needed these medical supplies for his care. Bad - We had to refuse the order because he had passed away before delivery. The delivery was timely, but he simply passed on. Good - Deb with NorthShore Care Supply was so sweet. She understood the situation, offered condolences, and accepted the return. Deb kept me informed each step of the way. When she got the package back, she notified me and promptly issued my refund. She gave it a personal touch which we greatly appreciated at a time like that. We had an ugly situation which got worse, but Deb with NorthShore Care Supply made one step better with her kindness and understanding. If we ever need medical supplies again, I will call upon NorthShore Care Supply. More companies need to be like them. Thank you, Deb, at NorthShore Care Supply!

We order the ABRI FLEX Adult Diapers by the large box load every month or so for my 93 year old mother in a Assisted Living Facility. The ABRI FLEX is great and we always get excellent service from NORTHSHORE CARE SUPPLY. Even the Caregivers at the ALS comment on the good quality. This time, However, FEDEX left the box on the front doorstep instead of under the carport by the kitchen door…and there was a terrific Thunderstorm, (We live in Winter Park, FL), and when we got home the Box was soaked…the redeeming part was that because of the plastic packaging by ABRI FLEX the product was okay and will be used accordingly.

I bought this product because the pads I had been using were out of stock. The North Star was a happy accident as I went on the hunt for long booster pads that were wide enough. These not only fit the criteria beyond my expectations but you were smart enough to put a full length adhesive strip on the back that really adheres. These booster pads are very absorbant while being very thin.
