NorthShore ships in a very timely manner and they get your order right the first time.

I think the service from North Shore is excellent. My orders are always shipped in a timely fashion and I receive them quickly with no hassle. This last order , I do have some questions on whether I truly got what I thought I ordered, but I have contacted customer service to sort this out.

The shipment came in very quickly. I was very surprised at that. The diapers are great. I received a bonus pack of two cloths which were very nice and felt good. The plastic backed are on my level of a 7 out of 10. I went to readjust and part of the diaper ripped and I was nor even tugging hard at all.

I DIDN`T WANT TO BE AT THIS STAGE IN LIFE AT THIS AGE.

Great service, but I found Depend Guards for Men, Pack/52 at many other places for HALF the price you charge. Just a bit of a ripoff, I'd say. And another thing, why does my name have to be 4 characters long?!

Everything went well through the process with (1) exception, there were no instructions with the bed pads I ordered, especially on the washing with bleach process.

The items we order arrive in a timely fashion. The issue is with discount codes like NSRE9 not working in the online form. They work when we call customer service and they put them through, but that takes away the convenience of online ordering.

This was a reorder and I had no problems. Recommended.
