I have purchased other name brand pull-ups for my husband as well as store brands but none compare to Tranquility. The people I dealt with from your company, in particular, Deb are true professionals. I was comfortable talking to her and she made it easy for a return for a larger size. A pleasure doing business with nice people who produce a fine product.

We started ordering because my husband had an allergy to all the othere he tried.then when we called wewere shipped several kinds to try.So then we knew what would solvethe problem. best thing is we order one day and they are delivered the next. Always someone friendly on the phone.we would really really recommend this way to go.

I have a special needs son who wears diapers. I order from your company quite often since you have the best prices and free shipping. I did however, forget to place my order before 5:00 in order to receive it by the next day. It was about 5:05. The customer service rep made sure this order went out and I did receive it the next day. I am very grateful I got the order because my son was out of diapers and does not fit in the store bought ones. Thank you Northshore for your awesome customer service!!

My mother is in a care home with dementia so unless prompted does not always remember to go to the bathroom; on top of this she is on a water pill. She has had several embarrassing moments where she was completely wet while wearing Depends. Your company was very helpful when I contacted them to ask about incontinence products and sent me several to try before purchasing. The nurses and aids at the home tried the products and were extremely happy with the Abena Abri-Flex pull-ons. My mothers care and comfort are my main concern and you helped me bring that up a notch. Thank you.

My order was filled and shipped quickly. The price was right. I have nothing bad to say about this vendor and look forward to years of great service.

The time between ordering and delivery was only two days and that is the normal as I've ordered from Northshore a few times.
