I use NorthShore because I can count on delivery, quality of the items I order, and a large variety. Samples are available which enables me to try different items until I find what works best for us.

Your company is the easiest company I have dealings with. Have a special needs child with needs for adult briefs can be a bit of a challenge. Your operation is always handled very professionally I thank you for serving your customers in such a respectful manner.

My order always arrived on time.

I was vwery please with the easy ordering and fast delivery

This a wonderful company to deal with. They are very helpful when I call and help me individualize my orders. The products are high quality, and orders are shipped in a timely fashion and arrive when they are promised. I am really pleased that I took a chance on placing an order on-line, without a personal recommendation.

NorthShore Care is a good and reliable source for help with control issues when the time comes that need it.

I ordered my scale on a Friday and had it by Tuesday. Lots of people say 3-5days and you wait a week. They were right on time and I was able to track it so I didn't have to sit around waiting. It was boxed so nothing would get damaged and easy to put together and set up.

I have been using a washable mattress protector and a disposable pad for several years. I learned the hard way to wash the protector in cold water and not to put it in the dryer. It cracked after four or five washings and became a risk for a soiled mattress. Your product is soft flannel on one side and a nylon ? covered protection on the back. I will still wash in cold water and dry over a rack
