The new Northshore brand adult pull ups fit great and work great during the day. They leaked a little at night. The front pad needs to go up higher and the leak guards a little taller. I sleep on my back with my goods pointing down.

I ordered these diapers for my 80 yr old mother-in-law who lives with us. I received my order very quickly, which was great, however, I was not able to use my code to get the 10% off my purchase. I don't know if that was because I did not order the Tranquility brand as I have been ordering and instead decided to try the new NorthShore brand since it had better absorbency. Is there any saving code for the NorthShore brand?

The underpads are just the right size. The only thing is the fact that the top layer isn't connected to the rest except around the edge. It would be better if it had a way for the top layer to adhere to the rest.

I first ordered the Abena Abri-Flex Air Plus Pull-Ons, Extra, Medium M3, Pack/14 - and loved them! They were very comfortable, dry, extremely absorbent, didn't sag, and stayed up. A couple weeks later I received a free sample of the NorthShore FlexSupreme Underwear, Medium. I enjoyed the fit, the absorbency (although doesn't hold as much as Abena) was very good as was keeping me dry. I figured I'd order a case of them and try them out long term because I'd be saving a few dollars. I have been using them for a few days now and have noticed that, while comfortable when dry, they tend to sag a lot more after a wetting than the Abena's and don't hold as much liquid. I only saved a few dollars per case while receiving a larger quantity (16 as opposed to Abena's 14) but next time around I will purchase the Abena product; in my opinion it is a better designed, superior product.
