My experience with Northshore has been 100% positive. They have a huge selection of items, good prices and reasonable shipping. When I had a question about delivery...items were being delivered to an address other than mine... Northshore customer service responded immediately in a friendly and efficient manner. Shipping was prompt, as I needed it to be. Other companies would do well to take note because Northshore really is what all companies should be. My only hope is that they stay that way!
