They prepared my order for shipping that very same day, and I received the order in less than 48 hours thanks to that. The emailed me about the best and fastest way to ship it, and even called me on the telephone to see if they could reduce the shipping charges for me and still get me the order quickly. Above and beyond. Purchases and products are just purchases. It's the customer service that makes a company different. I will order from them all the time now, and happily recommend them to anyone needing these products!
