I have been a Northshore customer for years. My orders are saved so I can log in and reorder. The website is organized and easy to use and most importantly , it always works. When I have called for help, the staff pulls my history right up so they know what I used and can guide me with new issues. Recently, I needed help with products and found that my strategy with my child was self-defeating. The agent explained a better way, helped me with sizing and then set my orders up for auto order for the next go round so that I would save money. A true quality company.

Excellent marks for North Shore Care. Good service; ease or ordering; good shipping. However, i have a complaint about the product itself, the product (briefs) are so tightly packed that sometimes (not always) the briefs stick together so as to rip (and therefore ruin) into the absorbent lining. this makes the briefs unusable.

Finding the products I wanted and ordering was very easy. Shipping was fairly fast...and didn't cost an arm and a leg. All the products are GREAT. No complaints of any kind.

It was very easy to use the website. My order was shipped the same day I ordered! This was my second order from Northshore and I won't hesitate to order again.

Ordered a rain/ wind shirt on Monday morning with 2 day expedited delivery and received it on Wednesday at noon- excellent timing!
