Received the scale in good condition. Very easy to use and operate, one comment however, the Scale did not come with an AC adapter which I thought It did. For the price of the scale the adapter should have been included.

I had no problems with my order and I love the free samples that was given as well.

I was satisfied with the pull on underwear but was very disappointed with the inserts. They did not function as I thought that they would. Now that I purchased a case, I will continue to use them.

I tried the product with boxer shorts and it did not work very well. I cut the pad down to size between the legs but there was a degree of abrasion so I think the product can only be used with jockey shorts. I like the product and think it is better than the last product I bought several years ago.

I have ordered and settled on the 'select" garments : large for me; medium for my lady friend. She should really be ordering these for herself - has overnight continence problems at times; but, has been "damaged" to a degree by a stroke. She says the briefs I got her work well and are comfortable. I agree with that assessment.

My daughter placed the order for disposable pads and some washable pads for my wife's bed. The order arrived promptly at our home. The order was filled properly, and the pads provide adequate protection of the bed sheets. Most likely another order will be forthcoming.
