Easiest website to order from! Fast shipping, great products, wonderful people to help if you have questions. They even sent me two free samples the other day, and I hadn't ordered anything in a few weeks! Highly recommended!

So there isn't much else to say. When they say next day on their site, they mean it. They ship every time within 24 hours unless it's a weekend. I've only ever had 1 problem and that was a mistake in packaging, but I called them and they corrected it without any hassle. People make mistakes, but fixing them quickly is very important.

I bought washable underpads for the recliner and the bed my dad sits/sleeps in. Instead of having to change the whole bed every time he has an accident I can just take the pad off and through it in the wash. I bought 4 of each and they have been a GOD send.

I stumbled upon Northshore after doing an internet search, and have been very happy with their product selections, including a wide range of sizes. i have severe incontinence and I have to have a product that won't leak. i found that the Abri brand works great for me at night. And tranquility briefs are great during the day. I recently was sent a sample Northshore brand adult diaper, i tried it and it worked great, so may switch to Northshore brand adult diapers for night wear, in an effort to reduce costs.
