I do wish they had a free shipping over a certain price option, but have always had a great experience with them. Most times even with shipping they can be cheaper than most companies! Also great customer service!

Easy to navigate the site where I found what I needed. The package arrived on time. Was well notified of when package would arrive. Very thankful to Northshore for all the information I get .

Our old Beagle occasionally now has accidents, sometimes in the car. Bought the furniture size underpads to put on the car seat under his fluffy pad. You can't see it, but we know the seat is protected.
