I have been a customer for many years and can say with certainty - they are the best suppliers of diapers, wipes, gloves and swim diapers! Prompt, helpful, courteous and reliable! Having a child with disabilities can be very overwhelming and time consuming. Having one less worry and knowing they are a quick phone call away and and prompt service and delivery makes my life easier and allows me to direct my attention and focus to my children! These briefs I got were delivered in 48 hours of order and are an absolute superior product!!! These briefs are a great addition to take care of the needs I have for incontinence. I have been a customer of NorthShore Care Supply for a number of years. Being obese they have all the necessary special items for incontinence in sizes for for everyone from small through XL, XXL, etc., sizes not sold in the regular pharmacies, or other chain stores. The representatives who take the orders are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful also stock is always on hand, no waiting periods. In my personal opinion, it is the company itself, whoshould make a policy improvement,.......namely SHIPPING! I, personally, spend $200/$300 hundred dollars on each of my orders with NorthShore several times a year, which can be verified by my history of ordering, very few times have I bought less than that amount, and I have always questioned shipping charges due to my large purchases and was told "unfortunately, that is not our policy." As I do 99% of my shopping by phone or computer, I know for a fact that MOST business' rarely charge for shipping when a customer goes over the $75/$90 purchase, but NorthShore charges shipping no matter what the purchase price is.....herein lies the policy improvement needed. If they want to set a limit, fine, why not something like "any purchase $75 or $99 or more FREE SHIPPING!." I'm sure their customers would be quite happy, particularly in today's economy.

I have used a lot of different incontinence pads but this one delivers what it says it will. Is not bulky and stays in place. Splash cuff very helpful if you are male. I would definitely recommend these

Price was great! Items were package really well. Arrive on the day given. The email updates from NorthShore Company were great & precise. The mats are good quality. Length is good for the child size. I would definately recommend to friends. I plan to get another set as soon as I expand my daycare.
