Service is excellent and shipping is fast. However, at $11 per shipment, shipping is high. It would be nice if shipping costs could be averaged across the board and added to the initial price.

No receipt was enclosed. I need it EVERY time so I can ask for reimbursement. Called and it will be mailed to me, but will delay getting my funds back.

we have been purchasing your peach colored bed pads for the past 2 years and have been very happy with the product except for the last shipment.the product is stuck together and the plastic rips as it is pulled apart.normally the sheet has to be shaken once and it unfolds ready to be placed on the bed.I hope this manufacturing defect can be corrected in future orders.thank you

This is a good product and easy to use. No leaks. Also delivered very quickly.

One of the few things I wanted to wear are adult diapers. Unfortunately I have to due to other physical problems, I am overweight I need a 3x large size diaper. I thought that I found it in a 3x size, but the size has changed as well was the tabs do not hold. They come lose and I can't stand that. Other than that they are a good product. Waist size went from 109" to 106" three inches makes a difference. I wish they would change the design and return to the old product.

I found the web site very confusing when going from shopping to purchase.

I bought these for my 7 year old paraplegic grand daughter. I liked the fact they are for poop and wetting. I think they are a good diaper but she would not have them because the crotch was too wide. She has could wear the 6's in the regular little diapers in the store, but she can barely fasten them and was looking for something to replace them with. It would be great if you also had something like pictures on them that young kids would like.
