We were ordering from this company for the first time and weren't familiar with sizing. We ordered a size that was way too big for our special needs daughter. When I called customer service, they were so knowledgeable and suggested sizes and brands for her to try. They sent us some free samples to try out before we ordered again. So nice to have a kind gesture like that.

I've search other places for booster pads for my mother but was not happy with the time it took to receive the other guys' products. NorthShore not only sends me an order reminder but get her what she needs within just a few days. I'll stick with NorthShore.

I recently tried the Air Supreme diaper (plastic backed) and was quite impressed. The fit was comfortable and the tapes stayed where they were placed. I have had issues with competitor products and the tapes coming free from the diaper and sticking to my leg. Annoying! The diaper did not leak, even overnight. I will be buying them again and certainly recommend these!
