I have indeed found that these briefs are an improvement over The avens product. They are also better priced. If there's anything that could be changed is that I wish that they would allow Amazon to carry their product such that I could use my prime membership to purchase them.

I called with some specific needs and they really helped me find the right products. They sent a bunch of samples to try.

I received my order in good shape and when they said I would. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I am handicapped, in wheelchair & live in an apartment with no steps which is easy access for deliveries. Northshore delivers once a month which most pkgs are heavy & bulky so I am unable to pick them up at the office. I am even home & wait for these deliveries so I know Fed-Ex just takes these pkgs right to the office. I love purchasing from Northshore but if they don't talk to their delivery people ,I will find a company who will deliver to my door.
