Web site not able to fine item # 5211 which I have ordered for over 5 yrs and instead delivered something the same size but not the green 5211, but instead a blue 7110. This is second time the web site has not been working correctly. Previous had to call the 800 number!

Free samples is a great idea. Thank you! Had I purchased an entire package of NorthShore briefs I would have been upset. They fit fine in the waist & leg but are far too low rise to stay in place. Briefs that fall down are definitely not desirable for anyone, especially someone who is incontinent. I thought at first it was just the extra absorbent material in the supreme. But the premium is cut just as low. And the velcro does not remain fastened if repositioned to use the toilet. Sorry, but our search for a better brief continues.

My only complaint is the shipping charges which other retailers provide on certain levels of purchases. Product was delivered on time, it was as advertised, and we'll see if it works to the level stated. You advertise the product "supreme absolution". That is what is needed. Irregardless, the shipping charges placed on the order was most disappointing considering the amount spent on the order.

I am still waiting for my delivery. It is now been rescheduled for the second Day in a row

HI I placed my largest order to date and was somewhat let down for a couple reasons. 1. When placing my order my past order was not available as it was in the past and I mistakenly ordered the wrong size on 2 cases of pads. My error that I did not order 2XL. i would have been good to have seen my prior orders 2. Seems petty but you had spoiled me with samples in the past and there were now none with this much larger order. Made me wonder if things have changed at Northshore?? Thanks

Good customers service,just need to use good tape that holds product in box

I like the products. I bought Go Supreme underwear and some booster pads. I don't like how long it took to get the order. A week is a long time to take to ship a box. Also, the cost of shipping was very high. Added to the relatively high cost of the underwear and the pads that was 150 bucks for probably about three weeks of supplies. I can get 48 of the Tranquility overnights from Amazon with free shipping for 54 dollars. They also get them to me in about 36 hours. Now, they are not as nice as your products, but that is a lot of money difference. I am considering going back to them and buying more boosters. Abri Flex are still the best but they don't come in my size. They feel the best next to the skin of all the paper pants. Also, they do not get weird and squishy when wet. They stay firm. I noticed that both the Go Supreme and the Abri Flex allowed the skin problems I got from years of using Tranquility to heal! So that's a very good thing. I would never even consider any of the cheaper brands because they bag and sag, fall apart and hold negligible amounts of urine. These are my honest considerations. I am very grateful that such products exist. I hate to think what life would be like without them. PB
