Great service. Couldn't be more happier

My order took a while for delivery. When I received it they sent me the wrong product. Mistakes happen. Northshore said they would send me a shipping label so I could return the mistake back to them. That never happened. I ordered a corrected order and I have to pay for shipping again. The net affect is one order two two to three shipping charges. For the product I ordered there are other companies that have cheaper prices Last time I ordered them from Amazon. They were $10 cheaper ($103) and free shipping. It's too bad NorthShore makes me pay extra shipping for their error, resulting in a bad company review.

We ordered undergarments. Thought we were only ordering 4 packages of 14 each. The orders keep coming and coming and coming. The FedEx leaves the boxes at our door and we are not able to catch the truck to have them taken back. HELP! What do we do to stop the flow of undergarments. We must have a year's supply and all we wanted was to try them out. Please, please, help us. Will think twice about odering this way again!

Ordered sized 30x36 and received 30x30 which were to small. Had to use two pads because of size.They were urgently needed did not have time to wait for replacement.
