Late & Partial Order Deliveries
We placed many orders over time with Northshore. However, recently they've become negligent in customer service and on-time delivery. Very late Friday evening we placed a website order for next day delivery. On Saturday we received an email saying they couldn't deliver to our PO Box, although our street address (which we always use) was in their records. We did not receive any calls asking for clarification. On Monday we called them, where they stated our order would be delivered on Tuesdsy. On Tuesday about 1/3rd of our order was delivered. They supplied no documentation or notes as to where the other 2/3rds were, or when it might be delivered. We called them again and they now stated they were having problems with their suppliers. They could have told us this on Tuesdsy, but held back this (would have been helpful) information. They now say ghe remaining 2/3rds "may" be delivered by the end of this week or next. We wish they would have been honest with us up front so we could have planned around actual delivery info.
