I ordered these pads after my doctor suggested i was allergic to regular pads. There was an immediate difference. The pads are comfortable, soft and easy to wear. I intend to order many more as I will use only this product from now on.

Amazon fulfills the NorthShore order. Amazon ships me the wrong size, but their policy is no returns. I call NorthShore and within minutes we arrange for them to ship me the right size, and for me to return the package to them directly. Within 30 min I get an email saying the package has been shipped and here is the tracking number. Amazing, and to top it off, the person I talked to seemed really nice.

Somewhat confused to know exactly what we need - you have records of what we've been buying - I'm still not satisfied that we're using the right combination. My wife has very severe incontinence. The basic pad we're using is 4970. We're using 5067 (1 or 2) with one of the 4970's. Would anything work better than this set-up. ?
