North Shore Care had the best price and free shipping. The purchase was easy. They e-mailed me with the shipment date and arrival date. They were right on both dates. The package was a little damaged. I called them and they said to open it, and if it were damaged, they would make arrangements to send another item. It was not damaged and is working fine. It's a good feeling when everything goes as it should.

I have used numerous products for my mother to try and keep her dry throughout the night without getting the bed wet. Finally, I ordered ABENA after finding it on the website and I have been absolutely thrilled with it. I think everyone should try it. I think you will be happy with them too. One other thing, the day I order is the day they are shipped. I usually get them within two to three days of ordering them. Service is wonderful.

I have had excellent service anytime I order from North Shore Care Supply. I have ordered many times before and I have never had a problem. I did by accident order the wrong size once and called them back later the same day and they were very happy to help fix my mistake. I am hoping soon to try their brand of adult diapers out as well. When I do I will let everyone know how their new product is also.
