Having a child with special needs there is not a lot of time to get everything done. I love the prompt service I receive from your company when supplies are running low. I know if I order...it will most likely be here the next day and always packed with care and a free sample. Appreciate the integrity of NorthShore!

I've been buying from them for 2+ years on average about once a month . My orders always arrive quicker than they say. I once asked if I could try a sample of 2 items that I don't usually buy. No problem they were included in my next order (no cost)

I have ordered twice and both orders were delivered within a few days. Great prices compared to other sites.

We are very pleased with the large pink pads that we ordered. They are very good about keeping the bed dry. We have tried others but these are the best.

I have always been impressed with getting exactly what I ordered and more timely than I thought possible!
