Discounts would be helpful for all products, especially your own--I liked the tranquility discount, but I also like your brand--Since I am caring for my mother with no help, things get expensive. It may not seem like much, but it is--and I may be forced to go elsewhere locally, even though I appreciate the delivery process--and it would also ne helpful if the discounts such as free shipping, etc. could be saved from purchase to purchase when the order is a reorder--another idea would be auto order and charge--where the order is automatic or could be set up permanently to send and bill.

Products and prices are good, but shipping is slow. It takes a full week at least to get your supplies.

It's been hard to find a product that fits right. These come closer than anything I've found so far. They are comfortable and absorbent. They are not perfectly leakproof, especially if I've been sitting down or moving around and the product slips downward. Prompt and excellent service from North Shore in processing orders and shipping, by the way.

The selection is very good for trying to find the right fit for my 8 year old son.

Bought the liners for disposable pull-ups for a special needs child and they are solving our problem.
