I have shopped for and ordered almost all the incontinent underwear I can find. With the exception of all except ABRI_FLEX by ABENA they are all worthless and very expensive for me. Tena came out with new and better. The only new I experienced was the downsizing of their product. A situation we consumers are experiencing in most anything we purchase. I wish they all would leave their products alone and instead of downsizing and raising the price. Charge a reasonable increase and don't destroy our faith in their product, and our recipes. I have found ABRI_FLEX downsized also, but if they will please leave it alone as it is I am still able to manage when going out or going to bed. Thank you for the opportunity to express my views and frustration.

The site is a decently organized collection of elder care products. Ordering is no better or worse than most other retail sites. Your order history is preserved so that re-ordering supplies is easy. The shipping prices are a little high, especially since most people who order here must be repeat customers.

We were looking for an alternative from out previous wipes for out disabled adult son. As you know some wipes can cause irritation so we are very careful on what we choose. NorthShore's wipes are very large and cloth like. Just what we like. I would recommend them. One comment that my wife and I both share is that they could be more moist. They seem to be dryer than what we are use to. The dryness may become an issue on wiping that "may" cause irritation but this is too soon to tell. Again, great product and for the price. The wetness issue may or may not be an issue. Time will tell. Thanks

The service is great as are the products. But, I wish the shipping were free as it is on so many similar sites.

Good product, but my mom thinks the "frills" at the bottom are too wide. Wish there were some inserts that would really hold extra fluid. I double two and still isn't enough. Shipping boxes, last two, were really beat up. Product was however, intact. Will continue to order

The products we buy are for my husband and he says they work very well. We buy at least $200 worth each time so it would be nice not to have to pay shipping, especially when it goes over a certain amount. Would greatly appreciate free shipping.

I liked the concepi of this product, however I thought it should have been a little wider up the back and the belt rolls up making it a little uncomfortable when you are sleeping. It should be more ridgid.

I was very pleased with the website and the shipping. Everything was done extremely fast. However the product I ordered is not exactly what I liked. I had a pad like this before and thought this looked the same. My other was a cotton quilted top with waterproof on backside. The one I got from NorthShore seems like it is made more out of a felt or flannel. Therefore it is hot and makes you kinda of stick to it and does not stay tucked under as good as the other. I even washed it thinking once it was washed it would be more like the other.
