Excellent, speedy service, fairly priced.

Hi, I recently ordered this product for my father hoping to find a product as good as Abena's but less expensive. My father's aide told me today that she was not happy with the Flex Supremes, mainly because they didn't hold enough fluid (even though the Northshore Care website rates them as more absorbent than the Abena briefs that my father has been getting). I spoke today with a Northshore Care representative who helped me with this matter. Their website and reps consistenly prove to be a good resource for my family's eldercare needs.

They are quick to ship and very open to talk to. Event sent a few samples of their other products to try out with my shipment. Will order again!

This company has excellent customer service, as well as carrying top-of-the-line products. My particular need is something for periodic incontinence. My preference is NorthShore's little lace-like, pink ladies' underwear. These are much better quality than Depends. I had ordered Depends from Amazon and received a free sample from NorthShore of their above-mentioned pink underwear. When I tried them, I was so pleased I placed an order with them almost immediately. I received my order in record time and also emails from them letting me know when to expect shipment and telling me I was eligible for free shipping on all future orders. This company doesn't mess around.....they're great!
